1. Direct-booking marketplace

Eleuthera Vacation connects travelers with property owners and managers. We are not a party to any rental agreement. All bookings, payments, and stays are arranged directly between the traveler and the host.

2. No traveler fees

We do not charge travelers booking or service fees. Owners pay a subscription to list their properties.

3. Listings

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, rates, availability, and communications. We review new listings but do not guarantee any listing's accuracy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform, attempt to defraud other users, scrape content, or submit false inquiries or reviews.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleuthera Vacation is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from bookings arranged through the platform.
